I live near the coast and am worried about the coil rusting?

As we all know, Australian's love to live near the water. This is why Fujitsu has coated all of their outdoor unit coils with Blue Fin treatment, which will help minimise corrosion to the coil from rain and sea spray. To prevent rust on the outdoor unit, it is recommended that you wash your air conditioner every 3 months to prevent salt build-up.
