We’re on the hunt for a Field Technician to join the service arm of our business. This role is critical to assist and promote the servicing of the Fujitsu General air conditioning range.

Here's what you'll do... 

• Service, repair, fault-find and commission our commercial and domestic air conditioning products
• Respond to customer service calls, enquiries and complaints in a timely manner
• Provide assistance, training and technical advice to our customers and fellow colleagues
• Arrange all necessary paperwork and parts required to complete service calls
• Attend training on new products and procedures
• Check in and out, update and complete details in our online job management system
• Travelling to regional and interstate areas may be required

Here's what you'll look like...

• Trade qualification in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning
• Electrical Qualification (desirable)
• Current driver’s licence
• Current ARCTICK licence
• Construction Induction Card (white card)
• Overtime will be required during busy periods
